Mailbucca Limited – Terms of Service
Welcome to Mailbucca Limited (“Mailbucca,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 5. Intellectual Property
Mailbucca owns all intellectual property rights in the Site and Services, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Clients retain ownership of their content but grant Mailbucca a license to use such content for the provision of Services.
6. Privacy
Mailbucca’s privacy practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, Clients consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Mailbucca be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site or Services.
